  9. 1 vaso vino blanco

  2. Pasadas las 12 hs. colarlas, enjuagarlas bien y ponerlas a hervir con un caldo de verduras por 30 minutos, hasta que estén tiernas, luego colarlas y reservarlas hasta el momento de agregar al guiso
  3. Le hacemos unos cortes a los tomates, los ponemos en agua caliente para que aflojen la piel y después los pelamos
  4. Pisar los tomates pelados hasta hacerlos puré
  5. Picar la carne, la panceta en cubos y el chorizo en rodajas. Yo tenia unos churrascos de roast beef y los aproveche para este guiso
  6. Picar la cebolla y el morrón
  7. Picar la zanahoria en cubos y el ajo chiquito
  8. Doramos la panceta en una sartén, tiramos la grasa que despide y reservamos la panceta para agregarla después
  9. Rehogamos la cebolla junto al morrón en una olla grande con un poco de aceite
  10. Una vez rehogada, agregamos la zanahoria, el ajo y la panceta (la zanahoria y el ajo se agrega en este punto para que no se quemen con el rehogado de la cebolla). Revolvemos y cocinamos unos minutos
  11. Agregamos la carne y el puré de tomates. Mezclamos bien y dejamos cocinar unos minutos hasta que los sabores maduren y se complementen
  12. Agregamos el vaso de vino, mezclamos bien y dejamos cocinar de 3 a 5 minutos hasta que el alcohol se evapore
  13. Condimentamos con sal, pimienta, pimentón y romero. Agregamos el chorizo colorado y mezclamos bien
  14. Agregamos las lentejas, mezclamos bien y probamos que este bien condimentado. Dejamos que se cocine bien (15 a 20 minutos más o menos)
  15. Servimos en plato hondo
