- 1/4 taza crema de leche
- Perejil picado

- Para la masa... mezclar los ingredientes. Amasar y guardar en la heladera dentro de una bolsa por 30 minutos.


- Para el relleno.... rehogar en un poco de aceite la cebolla y el puerro picados. Reservar
- Mezclar las especias.

- En un recipiente colocar el zapallo, lenteja, maíz blanco, los vegetales rehogados y las especias. Mezclar todo

- Estirar la masa y colocarla dentro de una olla enmantecada.


- Colocar el relleno y doblar los bordes de la masa hacia adentro. Batir los huevos con la crema de leche y verter en la superficie.

- Cocinar por 50 minutos a fuego bien bajo tapada. Desmoldar tibia y decorar con perejil picado.
