- Agregue la pimienta a gusto, el comino y el ajo. No agregue la sal sino hasta el final para que las lentejas se cocinen mas rápido.
- Después de unos 3 mins. agregue las lentejas y el agua caliente. Añada la salsa de tomate y el cilantro, revuelva todo bien y cocine tapado a fuego bajo por unos 35-40 mins. o hasta que las lentejas esten tiernas.
- Retire las ramitas de cilantro. Si nota que las lentejas se están secando, agregue un poco mas de agua caliente. Condimente con sal. Sirva acompañado de arroz, carne asada y tostones. Ahh...no se olviden del aji!
